Chapter 68

Niamh was still a bit anxious when she entered Blake's office again. His expression was so unapproachable that she had little confidence.
She had seen Castiel reprimand his subordinates many times before. Although she wasn't Blake's subordinate, they were in a cooperative relationship. If the draft didn't meet his expectations, it would be quite embarrassing for her. As Blake flipped through the draft, his brow was deeply furrowed.
Niamh felt her breath catch, fearing that her work might not be good enough.
However, the next moment, Blake nodded and remarked, "It appears that I was too narrow in my judgment yesterday. This is better than I had expected."
"Really?" Niamh felt a slight relief at his words.
However, her concern quickly resurfaced. She wondered just how poorly she had been perceived the day before to make Blake think her draft might not be up to standard.
"It seems you put a lot of effort into this last night, but there are still some areas that need improvement," Blake added.
"Please, go on." Niamh saw that as her greatest chance since there was still room for changes, and she couldn't let it slip away.
Blake looked up and glanced at her. Although his gaze was stern, it
conveyed a sense of great wisdom.
Niamh dared not be distracted by his striking appearance. She
immediately pulled out another identical copy and was ready to outline the needed revisions. Her dedication was so earnest that it made one
reluctant to be harsh with her.
Blake took a deep breath and looked down at the draft in his hands. He
then swiftly circled the areas that needed revision before handing it back to her. "These parts seem a bit redundant and completely overshadow the strengths of this draft." Niamh took a look at it and realized she hadn't noticed those issues
before. Now that they were pointed out, the flaws she had sensed earlier became glaringly obvious. She couldn't help but be impressed by Blake's sharp perception.
"Do you need me to tell you how to revise it?" he asked.
"No, I already know." Niamh shook her head.
She stood up and said respectfully to Blake, "Thank you. I'll be leaving now.

"Mm." Blake nodded.
He sounded less stern than before, but Niamh still remained very formal with him. He was, after all, an important client!
As Niamh exited Blake's office, she saw Nathan waiting outside. With his glasses on, he looked cultured and amiable, yet there was an undeniable professionalism in his demeanor.
With a polite smile, he asked, "How did it go?"
"It went well. Thank you," Niamh replied. This is the property of Nô-velDrama.Org.
"You're too polite," Nathan remarked.
"I'll head back now. Goodbye."
Niamh entered the elevator with the draft. Previously, she wasn't very confident about securing Leopardbite Intl. as a client, but at that moment, she felt more assured. She believed that if she revised the draft carefully, there wouldn't be any major issues. When Quinn saw her return, she asked, "How was it?"
In contrast to Niamh's constant nervousness, Quinn seemed at ease. Although Leopardbite Intl. was a big deal, it didn't seem that way to her. Chapter 68
Niamh nodded. "Mr. Field said we only need to make a few changes."
"Okay," Quinn responded.
She took the draft from Niamh, looked it over, and nodded. "I thought something was off before. It turns out it's these areas."
