Your Love Is My Weapon

Chapter 442

Chapter 442

Xavier said nothing.

Daisy was about to speak when she realized something wrong. It was obvious that Arya did it on

purpose. She bit back the words she was about to say and left the table with Ryan after eating.

Xavier looked at the bowl of rice, his eyelids twitching.

"Arya..."

"Do you despise me?"

"Okay." Xavier reached out to get the bowl of rice. "It's no big deal. Have a thorough shower at night..."

Arya took the bowl over and glanced at the living room, afraid that Daisy and Nanny Joy would hear

them.

Ryan sat on the floor playing with blocks. Daisy held Ramona and sat opposite him, talking to him.

They didn't pay attention to Arya and Xavier.

She breathed a sigh of relief.

"What did Bridget say to you yesterday? Did she fall out with Jacob?" Xavier asked.

He trusted Jacob, but he was worried about their relationship.

Arya shook her head. She said after a moment of thought, "No, it's Jacob..."

What did Bridget say?

Jacob kissed her?

"Oh?" Xavier raised his eyebrows, waiting for her answer. Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

Arya straightened her expression and looked at Xavier with a serious look. "Let's invite them for dinner

tonight."

Arya had felt that Jacob had feelings for Bridget, but neither of them made it clear. Or maybe they were

not sure about their feelings.

She thought about taking the chance to figure it out.

Xavier nodded. "You're the boss."

Arya smiled. After getting Xavier's permission, she went upstairs to get her phone and called Bridget.

At this moment, in Jacob's family.

Jacob and Bridget sat opposite each other at the table.

Because of the hangover all night, Bridget had not recovered from the headache. What bothered her

most was who put on the clothes for her.

And her clothes changed from the inside out.

She grabbed the corner of her clothes tightly, and asked, "Did you change my clothes for me last

night?"

Jacob stared at her for a few seconds and chuckled, "There's a third person in our family? Or does our

dog know how to do it?"

Bridget was angered at his words.

Her face was flushed, but she pretended to be calm. "How could you do that?"

It was so embarrassing that she was being seen naked while she was unconscious.

Jacob smiled. "You're my wife. It's my legitimate rights and interests. Besides, what you vomited..."

Jacob pointed to Sugar nestled under the window not far away. "That dog despise it."

Bridget gritted her teeth and failed to find words to refute. She stood up angrily and turned to walk into

the room.

Jacob remained in his seat and said to her, "Don't drink outside alone, okay? I'll worry about you. I'm

here, and I can drink with you."

Bridget paused and looked back at Jacob. "Did anyone say anything?"

Who else would say that?

She drank with others in the middle of the night and others were apt to think in this way.

Bridget also felt that she overreacted, but the atmosphere was too awkward and she couldn't fall

asleep.

"Not anymore." Bridget understood what Jacob meant.

She came out to Arya in the middle of the night. Others must have thought that she and Jacob had

quarreled.

Jacob stood up and walked over. "Bridget."

Bridget bit her lips. "What?"

Jacob's eyes were fixed on her collar. "You were so drunk last night that you vomited when you came

back. You were a mess. I didn't mean to see you naked..."

Bridget lowered her head in embarrassment.

"Bridget."

Bridget said yes.

"Actually, you have a good figure. I..."

Before Jacob could finish, Bridget suddenly raised her head.

Did something happen?

She didn't know if anything happened right now.

She was really drunk and couldn't remember many things.

She couldn't remember when she got blackout drunk.

"Jacob, what do you mean?"

She stared at Jacob, feeling a little uneasy.

Jacob was about to say that he almost couldn't control himself, but he changed his mind and said,

"Have you heard of a joke?"

Bridget stared at him warily. "What is it?"
