The Great Medical Saint

Chapter 259

Matthew raised an eyebrow and shifted in reverse, getting ready to leave.

But his heart softened as he thought of Rachel. If Sara caused trouble for her, things would get complicated.

He quickly decided not to leave, got out of the car, and said to Sara, "Fine, I'll go with you. But remember, I'm not afraid of your threats."

Sara snorted in disbelief of his statement. How could an ordinary driver dare to defy her?

Her beautiful face showed disdain. "Remember, your role is that of an attendant or assistant. Open doors for me, carry my bag, and be mindful!" As she spoke, she extended her hand. Matthew felt helpless. This woman really saw herself as a princess.

Lazily, he held her hand and intentionally caressed it.

Sara's hand trembled slightly as she glared at Matthew. "Don't get any ideas. You can't afford to reach for someone of my status."

Matthew ignored her words and assisted her to the entrance of Lambda Villa.

At the entrance, two security guards smiled and asked, "Do you have an invitation?"

Sara's gaze swept over them indifferently, and her tone was filled with anger as she asked, "Are you blind? Don't you recognize me?"

The two security guards turned pale with fright. "Don't be angry. I'm just following procedure. Everyone that enters the villa needs an invitation."

Sara replied coldly, "I'm in a bad mood today. Don't make me angry." With that, she swaggered inside.

The two security guards watched her go, not daring to stop her.

Matthew was sure she didn't have an invitation. Otherwise, she wouldn't need him to support her to boost her presence.

He was curious about what she was doing inside.

In the yard of the villa, several people were standing and talking. Matthew noticed these people were different from ordinary folks. They had high temples and sharp eyes. Some had calloused knuckles, and some had arms as thick as legs. It was clear they were all martial artists.

Sensing the unusual atmosphere, Matthew stayed silent, observing quietly while he supported Sara.

Soon, a young man, around 25 or 26 years old, walked out of the room. With striking eyebrows and starry eyes, he exuded an incomparable confidence as he glanced around. As soon as he appeared, everyone in the yard approached to greet him.

"Mr. Hobbes, it's truly an honor to have you here in Lambda."

"Mr. Hobbes, it's a pleasure to meet you. We have been looking forward to following the Hobbes family. Please give us a chance."

Watching so many people greet him, Matthew knew that he must be the main character of this gathering.

He glanced at Sara beside him and noticed her face filled with excitement. She looked like a fan meeting an idol and seemed unable to conceal her admiration and appreciation.

Hayden Hobbes stood on the steps

and looked at the crowd. "Everyone here is an old friend who has ties to my family. Today, I'm giving you all a chance to pledge your loyalty to us. I'm establishing Marvel Organization in Lambda City. Those who wish to join can register with my assistant." noveldrama

Hearing this, the crowd became excited.

They rushed toward Hayden's assistant as if scrambling for a precious treasure, afraid they would miss out if they were too slow.

While everyone rushed to register, Sara remained rooted to the spot, standing out from the rest.

Hayden noticed her immediately. Seeing her face, he quickly approached her. "You're not in Khoitwood? What brings you here?"

Sara said with a smile, "I came to Lambda City for some business. When I heard you were back, I came over just to see you. Last month, we agreed to meet in Khoitwood. Why did you suddenly come to here?"
