Chapter 29
Chapter 29
Anastasia looked at the phone with her head low, and a drop of dark red blood landed on the back of her hand.
Anastasia wiped her nosebleed casually. She turned her back to Jason after she lifted her head.
She felt that she probably looked like a mess at that moment.
“Why are you often having a nosebleed? Let’s have a check–up at the hospital” Jason was worried and squatted in front of Anastasia with a tissue. “Get a divorce,”
Anastasia held the tissue in her hand tightly and shook her head stubbornly. “I don’t want to.”
Jason frowned and kept silent for a long time. Then, he stood up and looked at Anastasia. “What makes you so persistent
with it?”
Anastasia remained silent.
She was persistent about the home she created.
“I’ll take you home.” Jason said in a deep voice.
Anastasia got up and followed Jason downstairs.
“Don’t you think I look familiar at all?” Jason asked as he stood on the spot after exiting the elevator.
Anastasia looked dejected and did not listen to what Jason said to her at all..
“Anastasia! Alastor is here!” Kimberly shouted at the entrance after she saw Anastasia approaching.
Anastasia raised her head abruptly and looked at Alastor, who was standing against the light in front of the door.
She thought, “H–He really camel Shouldn’t he take care of his crush at the hospital at this time? So, he’s really afraid that I’ll humiliate him with my action.”
“Alastor, how dare you come here shamelessly? What’s your relationship with Felicia?” Kimberly questioned angrily after she realized the situation.
Alastor did not explain but said in a deep voice, “Let’s go home.”
Anastasia felt difficulty in breathing. That was the so–called home that she had devoted her life to.
Anastasia averted her gaze as her eyes welled up with tears.
She wondered, “Home? Do I even have a home to return?”
“Aren’t you going to Felicia in the hospital? She is pregnant too.” Anastasia asked with a smile after she walked to Alastor.
“Didn’t you say you don’t like children? Will you ask her for an abortion?” Anastasia looked into Alastor’s eyes and waited for him to answer.
“Anastasia, you are different from her.”
Alastor’s words made her heartbroken.
Anastasia smiled but felt pain inside.
She thought, “He’s right. I’m nothing to him. How could I compete with Felicia? She’s Alastor’s first crush.”
“I didn’t contain my emotions today. Let’s have a talk when we go home.” Alastor asked Anastasia to go home with him first.
For the sake of Felicia, he had already put away his pride to beg Anastasia.
Anastasia speculated that Alastor would ask her for a divorce and complete the divorce procedure. Therefore, he could justifiably take responsibility for Felicia and her child after she gave birth.
When Anastasia was about to leave, someone suddenly grabbed her wrist.
Anastasia halted in her tracks and looked back at Jason.
“Are you sure you want to leave with him?” Jason’s voice was deep.
“Anastasia, we have yet to divorce,” Alastor said solemnly while he gave Jason a warning look.
Anastasia knew Alastor well. She knew that he was angry and had been restraining his anger.
If she hadn’t known that Alastor and Felicia were having an affair, she would have misunderstood that he was jealous.
“Someone will cherish the one you don’t.” Jason was grim as well.
“You have no right to teach me a lesson,” Alastor warned Jason. It could be seen that the former had tried his best restraining”

They looked at each other as if they could fight at any moment.
Kimberly gasped in shock. She did not expect Jason to be so great at acting.
“Divorce if you don’t love Annie. She’s very popular, and many people love her or even want to pursue her. She doesn’t lack the love from you.” Kimberly said angrily.
Alastor did not say anything. He glanced at Anastasia with complicated emotions in his eyes.
Anastasia glanced at Jason gratefully. She thought, “He’s good at acting. Those who don’t know the situation will think that he’s really in love with me.”
“Tips for you.” Anastasia took off her watch and gave it to Jason before she followed Alastor into the car.
Jason looked gloony. He looked down at the watch in his hand and smiled ironically.
He thought. “After all, it’s too late for me to make a move.”
On the way home, Alastor’s expression was grim. It caused the atmosphere in the car to become tense.
Neither of them started a conversation.
It was not until the car stopped in the parking space that Alastor asked, “How long have you been together? When did you start the relationship after our marriage?”
